I am so passionate about supporting Asian women to honour themselves from pregnancy into, and through motherhood.

As an Australian born Vietnamese woman, I have experienced the challenge of honouring my own needs whilst balancing my own family and traditions. I know how it feels to be disconnected from culture and understand the feeling of pressure from family and community to conform.
